Our practice has been a long-time customer of the Enli Care Manager pop health product, and recently began implementation of the Central Worklist application.
I am wondering if anyone is a Central Worklist user as well, and whether you could share any ideas for different ways you have used CW to manage programs/populations? ACO Pt lists? 3rd Party Payer Pt Lists/Incentive programs?

We have "Medicare Annual Wellness visit due" and "Medicare gaps in care" going now.
We just started dental programs: 1) dental exam/sealant due and 2) high risk periodontal disease tracking.
We are going live with an abnormal cancer screening program on Monday, 3/5.
I have a meeting today to begin discussions on a High Risk Medication Assisted Therapy" program.
I'm also very interested in what others are doing.

I'm interested in hearing about your experience with the Care Manager pop health product over the year's you've had it. Is this the encounter forms for Rooming and provider? What have been your favorite and most frustrating things about it? What were you doing before you had it? Why did you only add Central Worklist now?
