We are considering creating a centralized insurance eligibility pool for a large medical group.
These staff will also be responsible for working Reg Edits, TES edits, and complete registration within GECB Practice Management.
We are looking for best practice in hiring appropriately skilled staff for this position and would like anyone's input on skills, experience, or other tools that would make this successful. What job requirements would you include in your recruiting efforts. What training would you provide for new hires?
