Hello,
Is anyone out there a customer of Athena IDX, formerly known as Centricity Business? We have some new clients coming our way that are in the process of moving to it, but we know very little about it.
I'm looking for information about the product architecture/ecosystem mostly for now. If anyone has time for a quick discussion or to make a quick note I would appreciate it. Mainly I want to know about the clearinghouse, payment platforms, interfacing capabilities, and whether this stuff is really built in or if its more of a bolt-on like CPS/C-EMR an who the vendors are. Thanks
