We have had an issue with one of your provides where when he "signs" off his office visit sometimes the information he placed on in his COPE CCC Form disappears. The problem is he does not notice this until the patient comes back into the office to be seen. We are unsure why this is happening. Wanted to reach out to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue. Thank you
We see it occasionally as well. We have been unable to determine what is causing it.
We are seeing it as well. Hope someone can tell us why.
We have seen this problem as well. Has there been any response from GE about it?
I have tried to reproduce it and been unable. Very frustrating for providers.
Iam also experiencing this with my providers ever since we upgraded to CPS 12.2 from CPS 12.0.11. We also upgrade the CCC forms at the same time and use both the CCC Basic and the CCC Full. I have spent countless hours trying to re-create it and have been working with GE Support, but since we cannot get it to happen on demand and everything we've tried hasn't worked we are at a loss. There are only 2 providers reporting this right now.
In an effort to collaborate, is EMR 9.8 the newest version for EMR? I am unsure since I use CPS. Also - What version of CCC forms are you on?
Thanks,
Crystal
As a follow up to this we have learned that our orders are not actually disappearing, but they are going under the "Other Orders" heading of the text translation. Since orders under this heading are not visible from inside the CPOE form itself we originally thought that they are disappearing, but they are not.
I was still trying to get support because we have confirmed that the problem that is associated to the order, and the problem being used in the Assessment field of the CPOE form are the exact same entry, so it should show up in the white edit field.
GE was able to re-produce this once, but since it wasn't consistent they closed my ticket and opened KM #36488.

Just curious, do these "Other Orders" have a diagnosis associated with them in the Orders module?
Yes, the order in the order screen has the same diagnosis associated to it that was used on the assessment in the cpoe. I have verified that these are not duplicate entries that just look the same, but it is in fact the exact same problem used.
The interesting thing is we were able to catch this one time during a MEL trace, and the MEL trace does not have the diagnosis associated to it in the Orders_New delimited section even though clearly it is attached to the order. That does explain why it would show up in the Other Orders section, but does not tell us why or how to fix it.
