Recently we were made aware of the Centricity Patient Portal. How does it compare to the Kryptiq patient portal? Is it easier to use? Is anyone using it?

Hi Etan,
As far as I know, GE does offer patient portal for Centricity Business customer base (Hospitals and Large Practices). Independent practice customer bases use the Kryptiq portal for Centricity Practice Solutions. The EZ Access Patient portal is not a GE sold portal but it works with CPS. EZ Access is sold through SBS I think. Hope this helps.
If you are using CPS or EMR, you will purchase and coordinate your installation of the Kryptiq SMPP through GE, giving it the appearance (and possible selling line) of being a "Centricity Patient Portal". Intuit also offers a portal for Centricity.
