We are testing the Chart Summary Export (CCD) feature in CPS 10. We found that it displays orders at the bottom of the Chart Summary.
We noticed that for Service Orders it interprets as "Office Visits", it will group them under a heading of "Encounters". All other Service Orders are grouped under a heading of "Procedures".
The problem is that it's not picking up an order such as "Preventive checkup 99395" as an office visit. (see example below)
Does anyone have any knowledge of how this works? I haven't found any documentation. I'm guessing it's looking for specific text in the Order Description. I would rather not go change the description of all our Orders.
