We are in the process of implementing CPS PM and EMR (v12) in a multi site primary care organization in NJ. One of our practices is currently participating in CPCi and I was looking for anyone's input/ advice to consider during our implementation. As someone that has run CPCi for large provider groups in the past I know that much of what we did during implementation had to be re-worked in order to meet the CPCi milestones and I'm really trying to avoid that. We will take this particular practice live at the end of the year to minimize the impact on their reporting for 2015 however we want everything to be setup (as much as possible) for them beginning 1/1/16. Does anyone have any advice, recommendations, warnings of shortcomings, etc. they would be willing to share with us? Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Michael. I was just on a call with GE regarding CPCi. For CPCi we would have to be able to produce practice level reports out of CQR. In order to to that, you need to have SP7 + all patches or SP8.
There are also other things involved but these are prerequisites.
