Is there a setting that prevents provider names selected in Registration from automatically populating Contacts?

There isn't a setting to turn this on or off that I know of. It is set as a trigger on the PatientProfile SQL table called cusInterlinkPatientRelationship. You could disable that trigger if you don't want this to happen automatically.
