Using CPS 12, We are getting the reject: Could not find the PatientVisitID xxxxx, so the visit cannot be approved.
From billing we check the ticket #, click Approve, and this error pops up.
Any ideas concerning this?
Also, another billing issue is Approve failing-primary for no dx, but there is clearly a diagnosis associated with this claim.
I don't know much if anything about billing so any information would be apprectiated.

I have seen no dx Approve Failed..when Dx added and deleted but the linking to the procedure code is not corrected after deleting dx. It might require to delete all dxs, remove links, add dxs and re-link.

Deleted all dx's, removed links, added dx's and re-linked. Worked perfectly!
