I have a crystal report that is pulling patients only if they have certain OBS values in a specific document. However, it is pulling in all of the value for that particular OBS term and I only want the most recent value. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this. Thank you!

If the OBS was set as part of the document, then make sure to link from DOCUMENT.SDID field to OBS.SDID field. That will only show (connect) with OBS set during the document creation.
In other words, this logic will only show BMI, Height, Weight recorded during the document Office Visit.
