If anyone has any input as to what is happening and how to resolve, I would appreciate it!
On some of our citrix clients (5 so far), when the cps application is invoked and IE launches, the DB Login parameter on the IE page simply shows 'null'. With a bit of wrangling, in all but 1 of the clients I have been able to get things working again, however, I have no idea what is causing this...and neither does GE. I can't find any disconnected or crashed sessions in the citrix console...but the application seems to be behaving that way.

We are on CPS 12 and for DB Login it says:
DB Login cpsuser
How do you build your users? Do you assign username based on AD?

I have discovered the source of the issue: It seems that our organization decided to push out a global policy for IE to 'start with tabs from last session'...which is not a good setting for CPS based upon how it works. We're working on changing this global policy, and I've figured out an inelegant workaround for now.
So, if anyone else ever comes across this, maybe this will help!
