Have any Florida users figured out a streamlined way to fill out DCW-25 forms for workers comp patients? There is a lot of redundant information that has to be filled out every time and it would be great if there was a simple form that could simply be tweaked every visit. There are plenty of fillable pdf forms available online, but I have not figured out how to make that work well in centricity.
