Will Healthcare ICD-10 be delayed for another year?

While CMS has been saying no more delays, it appears that a one-year reprieve may now be sitting on the President's Desk.

Now, the next question... what about Meaningful Use requirements? Many are planning to do expedited CPS 12 or CEMR 9.8 upgrades. Relaxed or delayed requirements would take the "rush" off and allow all to have thoughtful and well-planned upgrade plans.
