Any multidisciplinary practices that have implemented direct messaging with Kryptiq and EMR 9.8 willing to share their lessons learned and best practices please let me know. We are currently in the startup phase with a few PCP providers who will be sending TOC out. We anticipate our PCP will be receiving more messages back from pharmacies and specialist CCD than our specialist.
