I would like to have a button within a custom form that would display the Immunization History View when clicked. Does anyone know if this is possible?

You could launch the HTML form from the encounter form, but it will load the whole thing. Alternatively, you could stay tuned (1-2 more weeks) and Dr. Michael Thompson will be posting his new VFE Table based immunization form that has a summary display built on it in the Market Place. 🙂

Lee, was this actually fully developed and listed in the Marketplace? I saw something that sounds similar enough posted by Arnold Cantu in Applications ( https://marketplace.centricityusers.com/#/my-account/preview/407).

I think the two together will perform nicely, actually. The Obs Suny Service sounds like it will map your table based values to your existing obsterms, which many still utilize to some degree.
As for the status of the form, I did not see it posted yet, so you might want to contact Dr. Thompson to check the status/expected release date.
