We are in the process of bringing up Document Management and wanted to find out what scanning software existing customers are using. Any pros and cons, etc?
Thanks,

We are using Kryptiq's Docutrak and InDxLogic.
I am not very familiar with either product, however we have had good luck with both and use them to their full potential.
the InDxLogic is kind of automation program that helps import documents to charts etc. It takes a lot of work to set up but in the long run tends to make the data entry tasks a lot easier.
We use Informatik Scan. You can get a 30-day trial at Informatik.com.
We use the Kyptiq Docutrac Product. Our issues are more on the front end working towards all offices scanning in documents under same headings.
We use the Ambir Imagescan Pro 930u scanners and they come with their own scanning software.
We use it to scan to a network folder for each station. Works great and has great options for duplication scanning with removal of blank pages.
I have a whole new document management system, which my clients believe is top of the line with automated OCR processors to auto-index with rules setup. If you are interested, please let me know. I can schedule an online demo.
