What version of Dragon are you using with Windows 10? We recently upgraded a providers PC to Windows 10. This provider uses Dragon Medical Practice Edition 4 and since the upgrade she cannot dictate into GE's problem search window. From our troubleshooting it seems there might be some compatibility issues between Windows 10/Dragon Med Prac Edition 4/GE. We are on CPS 12.2.2.

We use windows 10 on all physician computers with Dragon Medical One 4.0.106. Works fine.

Currently using Dragon Medical 4. Works great and the accuracy is much better that it used to be. Also no more training new profiles.
Also they made some improvements on the macro command storage. If you have the profile setup for roaming, you can create a macro on one pc and close the profile and it will upload it to the storage location. Then when you open it on another profile, it will pull those command macros down to the new pc so it can be used there.
Works great.

We are using Dragon Medical One 5.0 in a Citrix environment. Our physician workstations are a mix of Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines. It is reliable and low maintenance.
