Does anyone have images they use, like the picture of an eyeball in EMR in the chart note where the MD can pull in the drawing and scribble on it to make notes? For example, a patient comes in with an eye issue. The MD pulls in the image of an eyeball and notates the location on the eye that the patient is complaining of.
I have seen this and probably even researched it before but I can't remember how to get the image in the system and what all the different things to watch out for or configure. Do any of you have imput? I am sure this question was asked before but I didn't see anything on the new CHUG site.
Thanks!!

Hi CHUG, so I haven't received any posts but I have had some feedback by reaching out to some friends (Kim Bruns & Gina Gladu). You can store an image and pull it into an EMR update. You can also add it to your favorites. The image has to be a jpg or bmp I think. I also think I saw a setting in Admin where you can limit fize sizes of attachments. So, there you go. Not sure if the providers will end up using it or not but it's more info than what I had! Hope it helps you too.
