Is anyone else struggling with getting duplicate refill requests? We are still on 12.0, so I would also be curious if the new refill workflow solves this issue.
We get the exact same request - same patient, same medication at almost the identical time. This is happening at least 2-3 times a day. We have the majority of our requests sent to a single nurse desktop so they see these more than if it were spread across multiple users.
King Soopers (Kroger) seems to be the biggest culprit. I have opened tickets and SureScripts has reached out to the pharmacy, but it continues....
Any thoughts or suggestions?

We are 12.3.2 and we have a number of prescription-related issues (most of which have been mentioned in other posts), but we haven't noticed this specific issue either in 12.3.2 or 12.0. I'm curious to see if others respond since I'd like to see some theories on the root causes of refill issues in general and why/how upgrading affects them.
