A few of our users have been receiving this message located in the top left of the CPS toolbar and we are wondering what exactly it is, and how to enable/disable it? We are using CPS 12.
I had a case a few weeks ago. I know the commands for MEL, UI, and DB tracking, but EDI I couldn't find or figure out how to enable/disable it. It seemed to clear either after closing CPS or log off and back on.
If anyone knows the key combo that toggles this, please post it.
SLHV,
Can you also list the commands for MEL, UI, and DB tracking? I'm fairly new to CPS. Thank you in advance!
Sure. These are documented somehwere at least. I haven't been able to find EDI tracking though.
- SQL trace (Ctrl+Alt+S) - This trace captures SQL commands sent to the database while the trace is on.
- User interactions trace (UI) (Ctrl+Alt+U) - This creates a snapshot of user interactions you can use to diagnose a problem.
- MEL trace (Ctrl+Alt+M) (Chart) - This trace is helpful in troubleshooting problems with MEL statements. It shows what each step in the MEL function returns and the values of both variables and constants.
EDI tracking happens with claim submission or eligibility request. There is a SPR for it 58161
Thanks hbias. I've read that document before, but I didn't recall seeing that. I thought someone turned it on by accident.
I noticed shortcuts listed for all but, DB Tracking.
DB Tracking (Ctrl+Alt+T) when I tested it just now.
