EHR Documentation Training??

One of our hosted clients was asked to take a course in EMR documentation by the BME as a result of an investigation. Not HOW to document, we can take care of that but more WHAT to document (I'm wondering what they think is available out there). In all the years I've been doing this I've never had this request. Is anyone aware of any resources I can offer to this doctor?
