Is anyone using EMPA and if so does it work well and save time with prior authorizations?

We set it up and went live. Terrible. Not really supported by Pharmacies. The workflow places electronic steps that are confusing into a process that is already cumbersome. EMPA gives you a choice of 5- 15 generic forms you can fill out and submit when it doesn't know what to present you with. There is no way to tell which form to fill out. Cover my meds works much better. Highly recommend against implementation
