Are there any clients out there utilizing CEMR 9.10 and would be willing to speak with me and my team about how you handled the switch over from 9.8 refill workflows to the use of the HTML form and the tab? we have very specific questions and would love to see it in action. We are large (70 plus clinics both peds and adults and over 3K users).

If you haven't switched yet you would probably be better off jumping to 9.12 instead of 9.10. I don't remember the specifics but there were a handful of features around that form that were improved in 9.12.
