Good Afternoon,
We currently use EMR-Link and are having a difficult time with the modified since transmit workflow since we have lab in house. Basically our provider will order a lab, the patient goes directly there and then sometimes the provider adds more labs on. The second labs added do not transmit to the lab automatically and we are having difficulty figuring out the proper workflow.
Questions- 1. does anyone else have this issue? If so, what have you done to address it?
2. What other interface options do we have out there with labs besides EMR-link?

This option wasn't offered to us. We were just told by support it was happening and we needed to address it. Thank you for the information Monte, I will reach back out to the support team
