We have been experiences an error message when loading any of the modules within CPS. This error message once you click ok, will then exit you out of CPS. Loading of the chart Module seems to be producing this error the most. We have noted the messages as beginning 3/7/13 with no improvement or resolution. We are asking if anyone else has seen or encountered this message and what steps (if any) you took to eliminate/resolve this problem. See Attachment.

Do you use active directory authentication? If so, is this error happening only when launching the chart module? Is it occurring directly after the user changes their password?
We found a bug where the first time logging in after a password change (we use active directory) when the users goes to launch the chart module, they get that same error and get kicked out. We have a workaround and have escalated the issue to GE.
This is happening all over CPS but more when launching the chart. We have checked our active directory and our hosting vendor is looking at this as well. We are trying to see if this is a hosting issue or a GE issue and looking to see if more people are getting the same error. The password change we are aware of and GE states this is a known issue.....

What is your work around for the password change errors? We have just been detaching the CPS user account from the active directory and then reattching it, but it is time consuming and we only hear about it after the user has gotten the error message.
When our users change their password, they are instructed to log out of the RDP and then back in before accessing CPS. We are hosted and connect to CPS via a Remote Desktop Connection.
