We've been crushed 2 weeks in a row now with ESM Updates. GE claims it's Kryptiq & they can't do anything about it. We're almost at a standstill again this morning. Our database has been processing an update for over 7 hours. Anyone else having this issue?
may have to allocate more drive space. the update ran here on Sat and created about 40GB of log files. if you run out of space, the update quits and the database rolls back, and the update tries to run again and again, creating more log files.
We have 1/2TB of free disk space and 24gb RAM (10 free right now). GE has been in twice looking and it's still running, hasn't crashed or started a roll back that we know of
we are currently on version 3.3.2.6.1.68. Are you updating to a version that is different or newer that this one?
we're talking about the formulary updates that get pushed out on a regular basis.
We're on that version of ESM as well. According to GE and the arwrpt it is a formulary update
we allow the updates to run anytime on Sat & Sun. it started at midnight Sat and ran until 3:30am.
So after getting everyone on the East Coast for GE involved and their analyst directly calling Kryptiq they FINALLY found the answer to an issue that's been going on/off since October. ESM server was downloading all formulary updates from an old, discontinued site that was not using a compressed file. They switched sites & file formats who knows how long ago because of this issue HOWEVER when we upgraded to the newest ESM version it didn't update the site!
