I need to tweak the location of care on the lab reports that come into our EMR from our in house
lab, Harvest/Orchard. The tweaks have been done on the Orchard side but are not coming over to CPS.
I was told it was a crystal report. Does anyone have any idea what crystal report that is?

I can't imagine how CR could be used in this case. That doesn't mean it can't and someone else may chime in that knows.
It sounds like perhaps a discrepancy in HL7 messages. Is that what you mean? We run Mirth Connect (free from www.mirthcorp.com) between all of our interfaces so we have the ability to adjust things without depending on third parties. There are other valuable features as well, but that's one of the main reasons.

You might look at the tstorder.rpt under C:\Program Files (x86)\Centricity Practice Solution\Client\crwrpts\ and see if that's it.
