Is there a way to Edit what information appears on the recall report? I would like to enter DOB after the patients name on the recall report as we have many patients with the same name.

Is the recall report a standard included report? There are usually (but not always) ways to include more information. I am not familiar with this particular report. Is it on the PM side of CPS? We run CEMR and I did not find one with the word recall in it.

It is a standard report GE built. It is in the reports module of CPS. I found where to edit it, but it looks like a SQL script. I am not very good at reading/editing those.
