Hi,
For years we have been sending the enrollment for the SureScripts portal via email when the patient appointment is made. Over the years this has become a struggle for the patients to manage the Validate Identity step. We are looking to start trying to capture at check in or check out. What is everyone else doing? Does anyone have a streamlined workflow for this? Thanks, Misty

Our frontdesk actually provides a from for the patient to fill out with password and security questions. We then setup the account for them, attach any family members and provide the patient with the link to the portal on the form in which we return back to the patient. Its not very time consuming and has help our numbers tremendously.
