When a provider is trying to e-scribe a prescription a blank white error box appears. It doesn't state an error and only gives her the option to click OK. All information is correct, including pharmacy and RX is one that can be e-scribed.

I THINK I remember this one and it was caused by instructions being too long. The eRx instructions characters allowed are less that the printed Rx allows.
