Has anyone seen the following error, and if so, any idea what is causing it ? This just started today in our test system, when we log in, attempt an update, etc... Just continues to pop up. No idea what caused it, and again, it just started happening. Thanks.

We started to get this error when we upgraded to v9.8.10 but only in our registry tab. GE said it was a known bug with this patch. It has not affected any of our documentation though.
Does it by chance have the word null in it? We now get that error on 9.8.11. Only on citrix user and requires the users entire profile to be deleted.
We have also received those errors with Null in the message line. For some users quite frequently.
I also have a user getting a Invalid Row Retry message quite often.
Adam are you saying if the user is on Citrix, if their Citrix profile entirely deleted, then it will resolve this problem? Would this clearing of the profile help with both errors?
