We just updated to 9.8 and our engineers are saying they updated the servers with the .rpt file for escript. Yet we are still getting this error for some users. Does anyone know what's causing this:
"An error occurred while running the report file 'prescFL.rpt':
Cannot retrieve the DQL query
Crystal Reports returned this error:
Logon failed.
Details: [Database Vendor Code: 160]
Any input would most helpful.
I don't have any experience with this error, but I noticed GE updated the Top 40 List and there are a couple of new SPRs related to prescriptions, SPR 62522 "Electronic prescriptions signed by provider block second provider from ePrescribing" and SPR 61329 "Prescriptions form causing errors"
Are you in Florida? If not perhaps the pharmacy or the patient's address is Florida and you don't have the Florida Rx crysal report.
Or we have seen this on occassion here and usually if the user exits out of the emr adn restarts the device, users will be ok after that.
Thanks all for your responses. Found out they had created a new AD group and those providers were not in there for eprescribe.
