We started using the HTML Med Admin and Immunization Mgmt forms today and the Exp dates are not populating. Even if we go into Lot Mgmt and set them up they do not hold/show up. This is only happening on our thin clients and virtual machines.
We are on 12.2.2; 1.4 and 9.4 for forms.
I am calling GE for support but wanted to see if anyone knows of a solution to this?
There is a patched version of the CCC files that fixes this bug.
The med admin form should be on form version 1.0.0.84 from package "CCC Basic v1.4_Patch"
Make sure you are adding them to the correct manufacturer. I believe it defaults on the first one on the list. If they are added to #1 manufacturer and you select #2 the dropdown will be blank for the Lot and Exp date boxes.
F5 refreshes the HTML form. Might want to try that as well.

That was the biggest part of our problem. Our forms were not displaying the "Patched" version. Couldn't figure out why and finally resorted to re-importing the CCC content followed by the patch. Now we have issues with the forms not pulling in the values that have been set up in Administration. And its completely hit and miss on the workstations. I have a support call with GE either later today or tomorrow morning. Hopefully they can help figure that out.
We also had the same issue after patching. For us it was because we were missing the CCCQE-User-Edit-Vital-Adult.txt file in the CCC directory.
