We have one Crystal Reports designer license, assigned to one of our 16 Citrix servers. I have no idea which one it is. Is there a way for me to find that information?

Log into your JBoss server
Run ServerSetup.exe
-Advanced Setup Options
-Licensing
(Log in with an account with server operations - sa account recommended)
Accept a EULA if prompted
Select "Finish"
Afterwards a window will come up allowing you to add/change/remove Crystal Licenses
Warning:
The ServerSetup window can disable CPS, be cautious of selections.
The sa account should never get locked out. If you do not know the password do not attempt to log in.
I recommend doing this on a test environment.

That worked, thank you. Now that I know what server it's licensed to, I just need to figure out how to access it. I had kinda hoped the existence of the license would enable a button or something, but apparently that's not the case.

Apologies, it took me some time to figure out how to do that. I think I've done it now, though I'm not entirely sure.
