One of our providers received a flag from Super User. The only other time I have seen a flag from super user was when someone had made a change to the audit log in administration.
Is super user a system generated flag ? Does anyone have information on when a flag from super user would be sent. This is the first time one of our providers has reported getting a flag from super user.

I believe your provider has admin access that allows them to receive the superuser messages. I get them stating Medi-Span expiration dates and so on. I'm not exactly sure which permission it is.
