We have one provider whose office computer does not show any of the buttons on the forms. You can see the labels and still click on it (if you know it's a button), but there is no separation from the background and the button. It is merged space. When she logs into Centricity she gets an error message saying something about a Windows blind.
Any idea what the issue is?
We are on Version 11, Windows 7.
Try reinstalling Centricity on the involved PC.
They are rebuilding the PC now and reinstalling windows and Centricity.
We just upgraded from Centricity 9.5 to Centricity 9.8.
Now I am having the same problem - buttons are not outlined on the forms, look like labels, but you can "click" them. Some text appears white (almost invisible).
I heard that this issue could be fixed by installing a Microsoft dll of some kind. But I don't know what or how to find it.
Any help here ?
I will also try re-installing, but don't think that will fix it.

Solution was to re-register all the ocx and dll objects in the Centricity folder on the local drive. This fixed the display issues. - Beverly
