All our Lab test orders go directly to Harvest/ Orchard when ordered in CPS 12.3, but are having an issue with future orders. When we do future orders and place them on Admin Hold, then the patient comes back on a different date than what was enter in the future, the Nurse goes in and changes the date on the order, but it sends duplicate orders to Harvest/Orchard. One is from the original projected date when the patient was suppose to return and one is from where the order was changed to the correct date of service. Has anyone ever had this problem? Is there a fix for it?
