Re communication with providers: We have told our providers that the issues with unsigned clinical list changes and inability to sign documents have been acknowledged by GE. Providers have been unmoved with GE's admission.

I was unable to attend this last week and the person who was able from my facility is stating that this patch requires a complete client re-install. Can anyone confirm that for me?
