Hello,
We are a GI Group in Oregon with an onsite Phone Nurse Advice Team. It's comprised of RNs, LPNs, and MAs. We're looking to improve workflows and standardize some of the questions asked.
Does anyone currently use Protocols and/or akgiruthms in either paper or CPS Form format to help assist your advice team? We'd like to keep things electronic, but are looking to see if anyone else has had success using this structure with their Advice Team.

Good morning,
I know the request above is from quite a few years ago, but I am looking for the same information. We are a GI group in southeastern Wisconsin and are looking for protocols that could be used by our Triage department to assist them in standardizing their workflows. We have some that we are using on paper but our physicians don't all agree on some of them. Also, did you create your own protocols are did you use an outside company or third party product to assist with developing your protocols? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
