Here is a helpful guide to get free clipart and to resize it for your patient portal. This reference guide is only intended to show you how to get clipart and resize so it looks nice on your portal. It does not mention any specific portal or instructions on importing the clipart to your portal.
FastStone Image Resizer Reference Guide
- First, gather the clipart or icons you would like to use and put them a folder where you can find easily.
- Microsoft Office online offers free clipart. http://office.microsoft.com/en.....us/images/
- Go to the website and download the program: http://www.faststone.org/FSRes.....Detail.htm
- Once prepared, open the FastStone Photo resizer
and click on the ellipsis button to select the source folder where you are
storing your clipart. - Highlight the clipart(s) you would like to resize and click the Add=> button to add them to the input list.
- Double check the output format is JPEG in the lower right side of the screen.
- Choose the output folder where you want your resized icons to go. Click the browse button if needed.
- Uncheck the Rename box if you don’t want FastStone to automatically rename your icons.
- Click the Advanced Options button.
- Checkmark the Resize box.
- In Pixels > choose 160x120 from the standard size dropdown. Select OK.
- Click the Convert Button in the lower right side of the screen.
- Click Done and go look at your new clipart in the folder you saved them in.
