Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a way to get graphics into a form and then be able to draw on the form? (CPS12)
One of our gyn providers would like an image of a cervix. He would also like to be able to make data points or draw on this image. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.
what does this look like? Allscripts Enterprise?
I know you can build a form with images in it, however the image needs to be saved on the device accessing it, from what I remember, not an issue in a citrix environment but could be tedious if using PCs.
Can you not include an image as an element of an encounter type form the ATTACHMENTS tab while in a Document Update? This allows you to push a GIT, TIF, JPG into your document and it opens up a Paint-like program to allow for editing over the top of the picture. I have attached a lung picture of the screen from CPS12 environment. I found this in the bmps folder under the Client folder on my CPS12 workstation.
You are probably going to need a custom built HTML form that is now available using CPS 12.
Jim or acantu's options are your best bet. There's no way to capture drawing data on the old forms.
Thanks to everyone for the advice.
Acantu, how do you go about building the HTML form?
