Hi,
Hoping for feedback on your workflow.
One of the most frequently asked questions I get is, "What is the easiest way to find out who the patient has agreed to (through HIPPA signed documents) let me speak to?" Whether it's spouse, sibling, etc...
Our workflow has been to create an obs term put into a form that the clinical staff fills out during the visit to indicate such. Then this obs term populates the banner for future use.
But sometimes, as you know our clinical staff "forget" to populate this field causing problems for other staff members.
Anyone else doing something that is working for them?
Any feedback is appreciated.
