Greetings,

I was at C-LIVE and they talked about new HTML forms that are available.

Are these out now?
How can I download them?

I am not able to even connect with the old GE customer portal anymore.

They are on the new portal under CPS Clinical Content. The Columbia content is stand alone and it looks like the Care Plan content is part of the latest CCC Basic and is 12..3 only. Link
