We are checking to see if anyone is using a hard stop to make their users place orders/charges prior to signing off on a note.

I can't tell you how many times we've asked this question. We've asked in the past, too. As far as I know there is still no way to do a hard stop. (I still miss putting in charges at least once every other clinic day.)
