Yep, happened to me the other day. I got an email from my ISP (Not Comcast):

This email was sent from an automated service. Please do not reply to this email.
Comcast sent this to my ISP apparently without investigation but this isn't spam for various reasons, namely it was not unsolicited. The patient is actually already signed up so this isn't a "welcome to the portal" email but a "you have new information" message. I am not overreacting-yet because this hopefully will be an isolated incident but if other patients decide to turn me in the only thing I can think to do is to delete the email for the patient but I am certain our front desk will put it back in next time the patient comes in unless I do a care alert or something.
They make it pretty easy to send something to [email protected] but Comcast should be more diligent before trying to cause problems.
