Our preloaders have encountered problems with mel vomit in the document when preloading. GE is working on this but does anyone know how to discard these documents. As soon as you click on them it knocks you out of the system.
What version of Centricity?
usually have GE remove them.
We are currently on CPS 10 Version 10.1.3.301

I do have a sql script that should remove the form that is producing the mel vomit from the update and then you can go in and discard the update.
I must caution that if you do not know sql or have someone that does, do not use it.
But if you are, I will be happy to provide it.
Thanks
I do not know sql but our IT department manager may. I will contact you if he is familiar with it.
Just let me know and I will be happy to send it to you or him.
You also can just blank out the document text in SQL, then go into it and sign + file in error. The column in the database table DOCUMENT is called HOLDTEXT.
I've had to do this whenever I have something wrongly coded in my custom forms and CPS crashes when someone tries to enter the document.
