How to create a popup to appear for every user every time the patient chart is open

- Open the patient's Chart
- Select New Alert/Flag
- Pick the "Pop-Up" option under properties
- Leave the Recipient Field empty
- Type what you want the popup to say in the message field
- click send.
Most staff tend to forget that they can leave the recipients field empty if you choose Care Alert or Pop-up. If you leave it blank, the pop-up appears for everyone who opens the chart.

When you click the radio button Pop Alert, on the left hand side in the box "To Location" change it to ALL. Leave the user fields blank.
Now all users no matter what LOC will see the pop-up alert. Just an reminder any user can remove the popup alert, and there is no audit for removed flags.
