currently, our cologuard order workflow is as follows: A text component is configured. Providers open an order (type) document, select Cologuard form - which is configured and gets populated. Providers than complete the form if needed and sign the document. Document then gets printed/faxed to Cologuard lab. This workflow does work but is not convenient as it requires closing/signing/faxing and everything is done by providers.
Is there any other option to do it? Let's say you are working on an office visit and upon patient's request order cologuard during office visit. How do I isolate that form and send/fax it to Cologuard? We don't want to send the whole office visit notes, only the order form.
Please advise.

We worked with a rep for ColoGuard to create the template that I built into a GE Logician Letter. So, at any point a patient Letter can be created and printed.
Here is the logic of the letter:
This form should be completed fully then faxed to ColoGuard (1.844.870.8875)
