Is anyone successfully using the HTML Immunization Management form in 9.8.6 Oracle CEMR? We are trying to get ours up and running and I've got the form working well, recording new immunization, sending over to the state registry, etc but, no matter what I do, it will not display past immunizations.
Now keep in mind, I am an EMR support person and am not responsible for the initial install of any of this. I've built forms in VFE for years and when I look at the Immunization letter, I can tell the programming is all there, I'm just missing some golden nugget that has been hidden somewhere. When you look at the Immunization user guide, it is page after page of how to do the installs (which is what I'm couting on someone else to do for me) but 1 half page of how to set up the forms themselves.
Do you get a sense of my frustration?
Any help at all would be truly appreciated!!

You need to move the old immunizations that are in the OBS table into the Immunization Table.
Isn't that what the migration tool does? that has been run multiple times. By the way, this is all in our test enviornment.
Not sure, we are on CPS, but if it is not working, most likely that is the case. I pretty sure there has to be mapping done since not all facilities use the same OBS Terms. I would check the Immunization table to see if one of the ones you are not showing is there. if not, then this is why its not showing.
OK, I'm thinking you're on to something. Is there any kind of documentation re: data mapping, that you know of?
Ill try to attach this: geimmunizationmap
Open it in excel, for me at least it was easier to undstand what GE is migrating.
no, sorry. What you have to do is look the immunizations table and see what is already there, then go to the OBS table and find the values you used, you will have to reference the OBSHEAD table as the OBS only uses the HDID, which can be found in the OBSHEAD which maps to the Term.
FYI: If you see any immunization in new immunization table with CVX code = -1, they have not been migrated. Try to go back and map all Obs codes to CVX code.
