We are unable to search for ICD10 codes in EMR. We have changed the enterprise date in our test database to 5/12/15 and we still can not search ICD10 codes in EMR unless we select inactive. I opened a ticket with GE and they stated a fix should be released this week. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What are we supposed to do if this fix does not happen. We are slated to go live in production in July.

I know this post is a little old, but yes, we are having this problem too. The drop down box defaults to ICD9, and all ICD10 codes show as inactive. GE's official response (found in some recent training documentation from them) says that the "Enterprise Go Live Date" for ICD-10 DOES NOT have any effect on the EMR side at all. It wasn't designed to. A post on GE's support forum said it is supposed to be fixed in CPS 12 SP10. But we're are only on CPS 11, so now what?!? I still don't have an answer. If any of you have found one, please share.
